academy training
Our small-group academy sessions are designed to accelerate player development. Athletes work on their individual skill sets while also competing with peers— gaining confidence, learning teamwork, and building game-speed habits.
Pricing: $35/athlete for drop-ins, or academy packages are available for discounted rates.
private training
Private sessions and semi-private sessions are fully customized to each athlete’s goals. These workouts focus on specific skills or areas of improvement, giving players direct feedback and targeted progress.
Options: 60-min full skill session or 30-min shooting-focused session

team training
Customized training for full teams focused on improving both individual skills and team performance.
We’ve seen huge strides from teams that add one weekly skill session with us to their regular practice schedule —improving chemistry, communication, and consistency.

A decorated player at the University of Oklahoma and former professional overseas, Maddie brings both experience and passion to every session. She believes in the journey sports play in shaping who we are — and wants every athlete to have a fun, meaningful experience while becoming the best version of themselves.
Maddie specializes in guard play, shooting mechanics, and competitive game IQ. Known for her energy and attention to detail, she helps players build confidence through consistent, focused work. She continues to grow her craft by learning from and training alongside NBA players, bringing that knowledge to every athlete she coaches.
Skills Trainer
William loves to get in the gym and work. His passion for helping athletes improve and fall in love with the process shows in every session.
His approach blends discipline with encouragement, helping players build strong habits, confidence, and a genuine love for the game. William excels in teaching ball handling, detailed footwork, and skill application to in-game situations—breaking things down so players truly understand how to grow.
He’s also the founder of Just Work Training, and we’re lucky to have him working with athletes in our gym.
